Use our study launcher to get the ball rolling and broadcast the study opportunity to pre-vetted recruitment partners in the network. (You can also invite existing recruitment partners not on the network to join).
Referral partners respond to the opportunity and a fee is agreed on the platform.
Sponsors can easily create a candidate web pre-screener, grant access for study sites, or other recruitment partners to help build and screen candidates.
Once the study goes live a unique link and QR code is generated and sent to each recruitment partner you have agreed a fee with. The link and QR code points candidates to a web-screener built with our integrating screening tools.
Once candidates have passed the web-screener, study site coordinators or second screening services can use our candidate managment tools to reach out and update their status all the way to randomisation.
From source through to randomisation: we share all the information you need with integrated performance reports so you can make the most informed decisions.
Once a candidate has been referred and randomised the platform will automatically raise an invoice with the agreed recruitment fee, once received from the sponsor we pay the recruitment partner and take a small commission from the sponsor.
