TrialConX is a software as a service product provided on a subscription basis. The specific features and functionality of the Service may be modified from time to time at our discretion.
4.1. Subscription fees are payable according to the invoice provided.
4.2. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans, with a minimum term of 12 months.
4.3. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled with at least 3 months' notice before the renewal date.
5.1. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time by providing one month's notice.
5.2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
6.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
6.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
7.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrialCanopy Limited and its licensors.
8.1. In no event shall TrialCanopy Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
